The stillborn birth of my first daughter, Katie, threw me into such an emotional turmoil and grief, that I felt my world had been blown apart and I was no longer alive.
I had no way of expressing the intensity of what was happening to me, so I withdrew and isolated myself from friends and family.
Little did I know that the stillbirth of Katie was the turning point in my life where compassion grew, and I started a personal quest to find out what this life was really all about.
